Are blu e-cigs a good brand compared to others on the market?

by Author on August 20, 2010

I have been researching and am interested in the blu brand electronic cigarettes. I was wondering if they are a good brand compared to others on the market. Im wondering if they are the best choice and am interested in a review. I want to know if the flavor is good compared to normal cigarettes. i smoke newport 100′s and about a pack a day. Is Blu a good choice? and if not what brand do you recommend?

Blu cigs are way overpriced and not at all the best production wise. I’ve been researching these myself the last month and through careful consideration ended up getting the DSE 901 ( a try it kit from arloecig.com ) and a Joye 510 ( cigarettereplacer.com ). Best prices I have found on these hands down- both are US sellers too. It’s important to buy some eliquid to drip in the cartridges because they need to stay moist and don’t last long. Cheapest liquid prices I found are at www.electroniccigarettesofhouston.com. If you want to see reviews of the 901 or 510 just youtube them there are tons.

Newport 100′s are a good choice.

In fact, I’m about to go have one.

From what i understand its supposed to be a flavorless water vapor (i think i read somewere that you can buy flavored ones but im not sure it was a while ago i checked this out) it DOES how ever save the hassle of bad smell, carcinogens, and other harmful chemicals.

The only thing i find sketchy about it is that it is itself still chemical based i guess but its supposed to be alot healthier and eliminate 2nd hand smoke/3rd hand smoke i recomend trying it out if you got the cash there supposed to last hella long for one little thing

which brings up another point im not sure how youd know when to stop since it doesnt actually burn lol

Compared to others on the market Blu is an overprice average e-cig. You are paying for the warranty on items generally considered consumable. Their shipping time is terrible, up to 6 weeks at times.

If you really want to do a little more research; check out some videos on youtube and cruise some unbranded forums for info. You really need to pick an e-cig that will fit your smoking needs so you are most satisfied with it.

You’ll also want to look at e-liquids to fill your e-cigs while you’re cruising forums. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend a Newport similar flavor as I don’t care for menthol flavors.

Check it out – and happy future vaping
