First of all, you need to know that in most electronic cigarettes there are 2 main pieces. One piece is the battery and the second piece is the electronic cigarette refill or liquid nicotine cartridge that has a built in atomizer in it. You would take the battery in one hand and screw in the electronic cigarette refill into the top of the battery until it is tight but not too tight because if you turn it to tight you will strip the inner cover and the internal mechanisms will fall out.

Now you are ready to smoke. Smoking the electronic cigarette is different than smoking a traditional cigarette because when you smoke a real cigarette you have to light up and inhale and swallow the smoke and then exhale. With the electronic cigarette all you have to do is puff or suck on the tip and get the water vapor into your mouth. Then you will swallow the nicotine water vapor and then exhale just like you would with a real cigarette. You can’t puff on the electronic cigarette and inhale at the same time like you would a real cigarette. This is probably the
only difference I have found from smoking real tobacco cigarettes.
