I have the super 10cm e-cig from www.totallywicked-eliquid.com. Just wondering how many of you have batteries or atomizers that last more than 1-2 months. My atomizers typically gimp out after 1 month and the battery after 2 months. Any advice on how to get longer life out of these?

My current vape is the VX2 from litecigusa and I’ve had it about a month. I just blow out my atty about once a week. Vapor quality is decreasing so I think maybe its dying now.

All in all I guess if you get 1 month or more out of anything you are doing well so if you are getting 2 months – you’re doing pretty good! LOL

I was a dedicated camel smoker for almost three years and I have tried many ecigs to cut the habit and at last found one that works but to be fair I will give you multiple reviews to chose from.

So honestly here is what I have found. In my experience anything Jaunty is not worth the cash period, I found their attomizers(attys) clog and do not give good vapor production, the other major problem I faced was that the Jaunty stick is not a very easy model to find parts for so pass on it.

I next tried the blu cigs package. Again not impressed. While the workmanship seemed to be better, it just lacked in the vapor production, just not enough for a pack a day smoker and I found that the batteries just died way too quickly. Not a bad product but not worth the cash.

Then I came upon a god send. The Volcano ecigs Magma. Great vapor production, great workmanship, great customer service. Overall a fantastic experience. It is a 510 model, if you don’t know what this means yet, you soon will. This basically means that it’s fittings are relatively standard so you can switch out parts between manufacturers of the same model if necessary. It’s relatively inexpensive for what you get ( I piece-mealed my setup and it came to about 50 bucks for 2 attys 2 bats some carts and a charger) and FAST delivery. I ordered on Tuesday and got it by Friday in Massachusetts from Hawaii. So I strongly recommend this as I have not had a single part break in over 5 months ( other than attys but they need replacement about every 4 months or sooner). As for flavor this has almost nothing to do with the ecig and a lot to do with the juice you use. Liquid nicotine or Eliquid has many distributors all with different flavors, but there is one thing you must accept off the bat. NOONE and I mean Noone has a satisfying tobacco flavor. This is just something you will have to accept. So order you some blanks from Volcano and look at some cart filling guides.

Now as for manufacturers I recommend. First would be Vapor bomb (Vaporbomb.com) They have FANTASTIC flavors. My favorite is definately Cinnabomb it’s awesome an amazing cinnamon flavor that will blow you away. But I suggest ordering samples of many flavors to try. And I would recommend ordering in an 80%Vg to 20%Pg blend (much more vapor trust me) with whatever level of nicotine you like.

And the next would have to be Vermont Vapor (vtvapor.com). Reasonably priced and great for various mint flavors or fruity flavors as well as menthol… Their menthol already has a kick but they sell menthol in crystal form to either buff up the already icy fresh menthol fluid (I love this stuff I’m puffing away at it right now.) or add a mentholated kick to another flavor (anyone else thinking Icy Cinnamon?). All their liquids are VG based meaning that you get clouds of vapor and offer up to the rare 36mg/ml concentration of nicotine.

I hope this helps you on your quest to stop smoking. Remember while it’s not the same as an analogue cig, it’s one less breath of cancer for you.

I have done research now looking into the Janty eGo and the Totally Wicked Tornado – they seem similar, is one better than the other? Which one would I be better off to buy?

Both the Janty eGo and the Totally Wicked Tornado are the exact same electronic cigarette / personal vaporizer, just with different branding.

It is manufactured by a very highly regarded company Joyetech which has made a line of the more popular ‘e cigarette’ models including the Joye Tech 510 (sold as various names, like the 510 Titan, TECC Titan, Janty Dura, etc). The eGo and Tornado are in many ways an upgrade to the 510, and from over a month or so of personal use I can solidly say it is a huge improvement over the 510, not just the battery life.

One cool thing is that the Tornado / eGO are ‘backwards compatible’ with 510 atomizers, carts, etc. But producer better vapor and MUCH longer battery life.
