No they are not the same. Some do fit others but you should stick with the manufacture that you bought the ecig from. Many companies do automatic mailer programs now too so you dont have to go and order more they will just come in every month.

Personally I recommend Smoke Stik! It was just on the David Letterman show last night with Katherine Heigle and it was even given to President Obama as a birthday gift!

Well my friend, this is actually quite confidential, but for you, I'll let you in on our little secret...
It's all executed very subliminally nowadays. In movies either it's the "Bad Guy" or the "Rich & Successful Hero" that's wielding the mighty cigarette. Same as it's always been done, just now there's a bit more emphasis on the Timing and Placement of when and how these role models "Strike a Flame" to "Light Up".
Next time you see a cigarette being smoked on TV, look for Coffee someWHERE in that scene, or perhaps at the TIME a cigarette is being smoked there's a party going on with, perhaps, some Alcohol. It's all very suggestive nowadays. Coffee is a stimulant and so is Nicotine. Parties are a "good time" and therefore may we suggest a cigarette to accompany your "Good Time".
See it's all a mind game, where cigarettes are linked to Happiness, Success, Victory, all good things. This suggests (subliminally) that cigarettes are a good time or will make a good time even better.
Now I'm going to drop the reality bomb. There actually are cyborgs out there all over the world working for "Big Tobacco" sponsoring cigarettes by literally employing these techniques in real life everywhere... The hot chick at the casino smoking at the craps table - Cyborg, The bum loitering outside the "quickie-mart" smoking cigarettes - Cyborg, The successful people in fancy suits outside airports smoking - Cyborgs!! Anywhere that lots of people go in and out of, you're bound to unknowingly encounter one of these genetically superior Cyborgs. They're designed to resist the cancerous effects of smoking and are so well equipped that they can literally go for days on end without food or rest. They're trained so that when they spot a Non-smoker that's within earshot, they'll speak the words "cigarette", or "can I borrow a Lighter" or "Gotta Smoke?"... anything related to cigs that would imply that sense of Urgency and Satisfaction that comes with a simple puff on a Sweet & Juicy Cigarette!!!
Resist their forces my friend, Resist!!
References :
My Left Handed - Right Brain!!

I was also looking for the answer to same question. i don't know if the shopkeepers keep cigarettes in front of display or behind. they are not allowed to keep in front or behind. Suppose I make a new packing of my cigarettes, how will I try to tell people that it is the new packing with a better taste?
References :
One of the tobacco industry's most outrageous new tactics is the introduction of candy-flavored cigarettes and smokeless tobacco.

    * R.J. Reynolds - the same company that once marketed cigarettes to kids with a cartoon character, Joe Camel - has launched a series of flavored cigarettes, including a pineapple and coconut-flavored cigarette called "Kauai Kolada" and a citrus-flavored cigarette called "Twista Lime." In November 2004, they introduced Camel "Winter Blends" in flavors including "Winter Warm Toffee" and "Winter MochaMint"

    * Brown & Williamson has introduced flavored versions of its Kool cigarettes with names like "Caribbean Chill," "Midnight Berry," "Mocha Taboo" and "Mintrigue."

    * The U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company is marketing spit tobacco with flavors including berry blend, mint, wintergreen, apple blend, vanilla and cherry.
References :
http://www.tobaccofreekids.org/reports/targeting/

Hey.
Well the main way they promote there cigarettes is through mouth to mouth talking...Someone will be like omg malboro is the best so then the other person will try! Also they attract new customers maybe if someone has had a cig for the first time with that brand they will then carry on using that brand all the time like i did when i first started smoking!...
You will also never know when a new cig make has come out unless you go to the shop which then you will see it behind the counter and maybe try it to see what its like!
They are the main ways.
hope i helped
References :
No they don't,but a lot of the popular models have adapters for the popular batteries or cartridges (i.e. you can use KR808D1 carts on a 901 battery with an adapter) I don't know what model you are thinking of buying, but you should check out an e cigarette forum first. I sell ecigarettes in the UK, the KR808D1 model, and the ones I have seen in kiosks or gas stations here are very poor quality, but that might not be the case in the US

The most popular models are the 901 and 501. But the model I sell is good for a no fuss, first timer, particularly if you planing on using it out and about. Most of the pre-filled cartridges are refillable and you'll probably find you prefer custom flavours rather than the stock stuff once you get going. Before I started my own business I used V4L and Cloud9 in the US
References :
http://www.jacvapour.com

Go to e-cigarette-forum.com and look there. They have lots of info on cleaning & care etc. to try to get more life out of your equipment.

My current vape is the VX2 from litecigusa and I've had it about a month. I just blow out my atty about once a week. Vapor quality is decreasing so I think maybe its dying now.

All in all I guess if you get 1 month or more out of anything you are doing well so if you are getting 2 months - you're doing pretty good! LOL
References :
Experience

Short Answer: A starter kit should NOT cost more than $50.
Long Answer: The electronic cigarette comes in three parts. To buy each part separately, it'd cost about $26, but you'll need a charger for the battery, and you really need a second battery and maybe a second atomizer... basically you need enough parts for two e-cigs, because something always needs charging, and if a part goes bad, you have to wait for shipping of a new part, so you want a backup so you don't buy regular cigarettes while you wait for replacement parts to arrive in the mail. So the easiest thing to do when starting is to get the Starter Kit; most come with enough parts to make 2 e-cigarettes.
Don't spend more than $50 for a starter kit, don't sign up for a trial period of anything. It should be cut and dry when buying supplies. I suggest buying from awesomevapor.com and also go to www.vapevideos.com to learn how to use an electronic cigarette and tips on getting the most for your money. I suggest the Joye 510, my favorite e-cig, and a friendly unit for people switching over from regular cigarettes. Avoid the models that are bulky, look like big pens, cigars, pipes, or have whistle-shaped tips if the person smokes regular cigarettes. Joye 510, $50.
References :
http://www.awesomevapor.com
