I want one every day. Every day for the past 8 months! This is the 4th time I’ve quit, I quit for 10 months last time and started smoking again for a few months then I quit again and its been 8 months this time. So…I ordered Blu Electronic cigarettes with NO nicotine…I dont really know anyone who uses electronic cigs but Ive read reviews and they seem good. I thought that maybe if I could have something that seemed like a cig and even had the smoke (its water vapor) and flavored like a cig it would reduce the urge to smoke a real one for me. I got nicotine free electronic cigs because I dont want to get hooked on the nicotine again. Has anyone tried these and do you think they would help me? I think I might relapse soon if I dont do this…I loved smoking! just not the smell and health problems that come with it! So…if anyone could help me out on this that’d be great.
Many people use ecigs as a stepping stone to move off of cigarettes for good. It doesn’t have the same "kick" but it does give some of the "favor" http://www.cloud9smoking.com is a good place to start.
to e-cig users..I haven’t had a cigarette in 8 months but…?

your on one of the many hills you have to climb to get over the addiction, it’s not going to be just this time, it will happen a lot.
my suggestion:
dont buy the electronic ciggrette, you will regret it, it’s going to put you back in that state of mind, just find something else to do and keep your mind occupied and get over this hill. and use the experiance to help others and yourself the next time you feel the urge.

Ecigs have kept me off smoking for over two years. They work for me and many others but aren’t for everyone, it can be a pain to get over the technique and product learning curve.
It’s best to stick with fresh air but if the choice is smoke or vapour then you’re far better off with vapour.

I have heard of people quitting completely by using zero nicotine cartridges or "smoke juice". Electronic cigarettes are not marketed to help you quit smoking. They are a healthier alternative to smoking tobacco cigarettes. I smoke an electronic cigarette and I love it. I have not smoked a tobacco cigarette for over 4 months. I tried almost every quit-smoking method over the years but nothing worked for me. I smoke Green Smoke electronic cigarettes. I have never tried any other brand because I am satisfied with their product. I smoked for over 35 years and I am thrilled to get away from tobacco. This is the longest period of time that I have been tobacco free. I have no desire for a tobacco cigarette. I just make sure I have plenty of cartridges on hand. The Green Smoke website has a lot of good information about electronic cigarettes in general. http://greensmoke.com/disc10-15213

Oh you are not alone in your struggle to quit smoking. So many people are there with you. If the urge is so great that you feel you may fall back into smoking, then you are right to use Blu Electronic Cigarette with 0 nicotine. It is the very best alternative to a regular cigarette.
I personally use the Blu electronic cigarette and believe me, I do not miss the traditional cigarette at all. I don’t have to worry about getting addicted to nicotine anymore, or getting tar in my lungs and the other 4000 cancer causing carcinogens.
What I do get is to enjoy what I have always enjoyed and that is the action of smoking but I now I can smoke without the smoke because the smoke is now just a pure water vapor.
Hope this has helped. Good luck and happy vaping.

Personally I hated Blu…but I was a two pack a day smoker when I picked them up. It’s a Very light weight model.
I use an eGo with an LR atty.(Oh it ROCKS!)
Blu does have a 30 day money back, which they "kinda" respect so for Your circumstances I’d give it a try. If that doesnt work go with a 510.

If it is a choice between smoking and "vaping", then vaping is the better choice. Only about half of the people that I know actually took to vaping after trying it.. Personally, I am hooked to my e-cig addiction. I have been vaping for 14 months. I have not tried Blu, so I don’t know if they are any good, but going non nic is probably a good idea if you are going to vape.
Propylene glycol can be purchased on Ebay for cheap http://cgi.ebay.com/8oz-100-Pure-PROPYLENE-GLYCOL-Cigar-Humidor-Solution-/220440418566?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0 . If you make your own non nic liquids it is really cheap and fun to mix. http://shop.perfumersapprentice.com/c-54-professional-diy-flavors.aspx has flavorings and bottles. I love this site, as it has the most inexpensive flavors with the best selection and great flavor.
No matter what, if you vape, it is cheaper to refill your carts with liquid than to keep changing carts.
If cheap isn’t what you are going for….and you want great tasting liquid without mixing yourself, I would recommend http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com for non nic juice.
